Industrial Innovation Centre (IIC) adopted a structured methodology to understand the skill ecosystem in Bangladesh, assess incremental manpower needs, and collate insights, to arrive at recommendations to address the manpower skill gaps of the country –which in turn aggregate to provide a picture of the manpower skill gaps in the entire state.
